I had a great experience with the technician, Raynard. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient in handling the issue. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on before proceeding.
What I appreciated the most was his patience and attention to detail he didn’t rush the job and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving. His friendly attitude also made the whole experience much more comfortable.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with his service and would definitely recommend Raynard to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled technician.
