Acknowledgement of Training and Installation

#Hardware Maintenance Guarantee#

1) 12 Months Free Of Charge Maintenance Guarantee & On-Site Service will be provided during our standard office hours only, which inclusive of technical; replacement parts/units (against manufacturing defect only) will be dispatched if necessary following phone based trouble shooting, with the following options: –
i) Repair the defective hardware on-site.
ii) Replace the defective hardware with a new or refurbished component of similar features and functions if the parts have been discontinuing production by the manufacture.
iii) Temporarily swap replacement of the hardware while the defective hardware is sent back to base for repair.

2) Minimum technical support fee of RM 100 will be imposed for HARDWARE servicing (T Tech Solution Borneo Products) after warranty within KK area.
– For additional training (2 Hours per session), charges are RM 199 per session.
– Services outside KK area is subject to additional outstation fee.
– Charges for replacing hardware is not included in the technical support fee.

3) Technical support fee of RM 150 will be charged for SETTING on device which is not from T Tech Solution Borneo Sdn Bhd.

4) Troubleshooting fee of RM 150 will be charged for hardware NOT from T Tech Solution Borneo Sdn Bhd

5) All update floor plan/pricing/menu will be cover for the period of 30 days from the date of installation. Additional request will be charge accordingly.

6) TTSB will not be liable for data loss due to computer system crash caused by hard disk failure, virus infection, power surge/disruption, erased by Customer’s Staff/User; accidentally or purportedly, or any unauthorized personnel or whatsoever causes not within TTSB’s control.

7) TTSB will not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatever (including loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or any form financial loss) arising out of the use of or the inability to use TTSB POS software.

#Hardware Warranty#

1. This warranty does not cover: –
i) Usage not in accordance with the user manual.
ii) Any alteration or modification to the warranty sticker or proof of purchase.
iii) The serial number of the product has been tempered with or damaged.
iv) Unauthorized service, repair, alteration or modification to the product.
v) Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence or any accident howsoever caused, rough handling or transportation.
vi) Usage of consumable and accessories not recommended by manufacturer.
vii) The defect is caused by wilful act or negligence or any unauthorized person or by abnormal voltage power surge, usage of generator, food, fire, war, civil commotion, strikes or attack by household pests.

2. After warranty is applied, the product’s warranty will be forfeited.

3. No warranty will be applied for hardware which is not purchase from T Tech Solution Borneo Sdn Bhd.

4. T&C applied for warranty Refurbish hardware.

5. Liquid damage or any accidental damage is not covered under warranty.
