SERVICES
  • One-time menu setup/import (up to 200 items)
  • One-time on-site / online training session (max. 3 hours)
  • System support via phone/WhatsApp during event period

Terms and Conditions:

Rental Period:
  • Rental period starts from [date of delivery or setup] and ends on [date of return or pickup].
  • Any extension of rental period must be notified at least 2 days in advance and will incur additional rental charges.

 

Delivery & Return:
  • Delivery and collection via Lalamove / courier / self-pickup.
  • Return courier fee to be borne by the customer.
  • All items must be returned in the same condition as received, with complete accessories and packaging.

 

Loss or Damage:
  • The renter is fully responsible for any loss or damage during the rental period.
  • Repair or replacement cost will be charged based on the original purchase price or actual repair cost, whichever is applicable.

 

Data & System Use:
  • The renter is responsible for all data entered into the system.
  •  FeedMe POS/ GebME POS or T Tech Solution will not be liable for any data loss due to improper use, network failure, or system misuse.
  • Sales data export will be provided once after the exhibition ends, upon request.
