Why you need E-Invoice?
The E-Invoice submission carrying out from 1 July 2025 for those business with annual turnover or revenue RM500,000 to RM25 million, and will be enforce on 1 January 2026 for all taxpayers.
Malaysia is transitioning to mandatory e-Invoicing for all B2B, B2C, and B2G transactions, using the Peppol network. Businesses still using manual or paper-based invoices may face challenges adapting and must shift to compliant digital systems to meet the new requirements.
There 3 types of E-Invoice Submission Times:
– E-Invoice submit by the end of the same month they’re issued.
– Consolidated Invoices must be submitted within the first week (7 days) after the month ends.
– Any invoice cancellation is allowed within 72 hours of validation.
