The third stage of e-invoice extension! What does this mean? Do I still have to prepare?

The third phase of e-invoicing has been extended to July 2025! Phase 3 was delayed by one month, while the implementation dates for the next three phases were also issued. The implementation schedule for Phases 3, 4, 5 and 6 is as follows:
