Because of incorrect posture, there is an increase in compressive forces in the neck joints as well as increased muscle tension which results in pain and discomfort.
In addition to pain, people also experience headaches, muscle tension in neck and shoulder, discomfort in mid back and pain and numbness in the arms and hands.
