Gentle reminder that please always backup your database not only local (your iPad) but also keep it online. Alternatively, subscribe to our cloud to backup automatically to cloud.
Simple steps to backup in Genius POS!
Step 1, your iPad must connect to internet, go to setting, Backup/Archive, click Backup Database.
Step 2, click ok (follow the image)
Step 3, select the latest backup, click function, then email.
Step 4, send it to your own email, please make sure that your email app (blue color original app from Apple) has setup
